Hi Angelique,
From the sound of your description, you are exactly where you need to be. There is not a prerequisite to Tribe Writers. What you may be sensing is the host of people who want to take their writing seriously and found Tribe Writers as the best place to start. There are people at every level of growth-from beginners who want to learn the craft for its own sake to established writers that want to learn how to build a tribe, get their message our, and boost their sales.
I know from experience that it’s easier said than done, but you have nothing to be intimidated by, here. Work your way through the lessons at your own pace, and ask questions as you go. My experience with Tribe Writers is that it is a very generous community. There’s no race to the end, no first or last placers, just each of us trying to figure out how to take the next step wherever we are in our personal journey as writers.
Welcome aboard! And if it’s okay with you, I’d be happy to add your husband to my prayer list.
Cheers!

Hey David!
Glad to meet you. I lived in Las Vegas most of my life and just recently moved from there a couple of months ago. I look forward to learning alongside you. Good luck with your goals. See you around the discussions!

Hi Donna-
Glad to meet you. I spent most of my life “over the hump” in Las Vegas (since 1973), and just recently moved to Northern Idaho. I haven’t decided if I like it yet; I suppose I’ll know for sure after the first winter here. Anyway, I look forward to taking the journey and grow together with you and all the cool folks here in Tribe Writers. See you around the discussions.

Steve-
Glad you took the plunge. Jeff is a great guy. And if you’re serious about getting your writer on, Tribe Writers was definitely a good decision-and I’m not getting paid to say that :!). I look forward to taking the journey and growing together. Good Luck. I hope to see you around the community now and then.

Hi Stephanie,
Glad to meet a fellow Dutch(wo)man-even thought I don’t speak the language and have never visited the Netherlands
(My Grandfather’s family immigrated to the U.S from Holland). Anyway, welcome. I look forward to taking the journey with all the cool folks here at Tribe Writers and seeing how we can help one another reach their goals.

HI Liz,
Glad to meet you. Like you and most of those who jumped in here, I want to write for a living too-yet, I’m afraid that once I go down that road, I won’t like it as much as I thought I would. It seems like every vocational pursuit has been somewhat anticlimactic in that respect. I guess there’s just one way to find out… Anyway, welcome. I’m looking forward to connecting and taking the journey with you and all the cool folks here in Tribe Writers.

Hi Jeremy!
Glad to meet you. My only experience in Minnasota was an eight-hour layover in Minneapolis-thus a stroll through The Mall of America.
Tribe Writers sounds like just what you need to help you focus and reach your goals. I’m looking forward to connecting with you and all the great people here over the next few weeks.
