A writer, speaker and mental health advocate, I am also something of a gypsy. I have spent most of my life moving around the country, from Michigan to Florida to Maine and now Phoenix, AZ. I even spent a year living in a tent. Now that was an adventure! I have three adult sons who still keep me on my toes, and a Boston/Yorkie mix who loves tummy rubs and anything I'm eating. When I am not writing, I like to knit, crochet, bake and color. Yes, color, as in coloring books. I love to explore the world around me, both inside and out. A walk through the botanical gardens or a trip to the museum will be sure to put a smile on my face. Most days you can find me at home, computer on my lap and a far away look in my eye.
