    I have two domains.

    My current domain is DanielsWorship.com that Iv’e had for 4 years but I only have 127 subscribers.

    But I am thinking of starting over. I also own WorshipWriters.com

    Should I start a *NEW EMAIL LIST* and encourage old members to follow?
    Or should I keep the SAME EMAIL LIST and new wesbite?

    Which site do you think is better?
    danielsworship.com or worshipwriters.com

    One has my name in it, the other doesn’t.

    Daniel - could you tell us a little more about WHAT? and WHY? as far as the content for the site?

    Daniel,

    I do think the purpose of the site makes a difference. Is it a site about your personal worship and/or music? Then danielsworship.com makes sense. Is it about songwriting or using writing in worship, for example? Then worshipwriters.com makes more sense to me. Either domain is great, it just depends on your purpose for the site.

    I agree with Sarah and Kathryn — if you’re thinking about combining the craft of writing and worship, then worshipwriters will work best because people will know just by your title what your site is all about.

    If you’re going for something more personal, or even an inspirational type site for other people, then danielsworship would do the trick.

    As far as the email list question, I can’t offer you much advice. Maybe someone else on the forums can offer some help in that regard.

    You guys are awesome!

    Yes, I am a singer-songwriter and produce worship records but am passionate about the true meaning of worship in that it is not limited to songs we sing, nor held to a lifestyle. Where we fail to worship with our actions, we worship because of what God has done for us. We worship because we are blameless.

    So I write more than songs. I really am connecting the meaning of worship with living out our Christian faith. Songwriting is only an element of that.

    Thanks for your advice friends. I went ahead and made the switch to worshipwriters.com and am feeling great about it!

    Just wanted to say that I agree with what others said and I think worshipwriters.com is a great choice for a domain name, and easy to remember.
